Cancellation Policy

1. General - The Coaching Session includes individual or couple coaching sessions lasting 1 hour. 2. Payment and Booking - Full payment is required at the time of booking a Coaching Session. - Payment is non-refundable, except as outlined in the "Cancellation and Rescheduling" section. 3. Session Scheduling - Sessions are to be scheduled by mutual agreement between the coach and the client. - It is the client's responsibility to book all sessions within the three-month validity period. - Any sessions not used within this period will be forfeited. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. - If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a 50% fee will be charged for the session. - In the event of a no-show, the session will be considered used and the full amount will be charged. - In exceptional circumstances, the coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions with appropriate notice. 5. Confidentiality - All information shared during the coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law. - Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, materials, and information. 6. Code of Conduct - Both the coach and the client agree to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. - The coach reserves the right to terminate a session or the package if the client behaves inappropriately. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 7. Liability - The coach will provide guidance and support based on their expertise and training. - The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. -The coach is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from actions taken by the client based on coaching sessions. 9. Termination - The client may terminate the coaching session at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. - The coach reserves the right to terminate the session if the client violates any of the terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions -The coach reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. - Clients will be notified of any changes in writing. By purchasing a session you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
